This location is not onpoint with the quality service I receive at my regular branch. Their assistant manager, she said her name was Nicole, and it's not. Her name is actually Michelle, I found out after talking to member services. You don't give a false name unless you are afraid of how you are behaving.....facts. She hung up on my partner today, after she called him at his work???? As a side note, they refuse to recognize common law partners vs married, and decided not to be professional about it. Just be normal, and don't raise your voice when talking to a customer. These things shouldn't have to be said. They are common sense. Not a LGBTQ friendly business location, but not surprising located in the country. She then called me, yelling and very abusive, and proceeded to hang up on me. We applied for a loan, and it was denied. Thank God, bullet dodged!!! You win, On point! I promise we'll never be back!

If you need a loan then Chris is your guy!! He is our loan guy and we have had the best experience. It’s our first loan and we had lots of questions for him. He was patient with us and was super helpful. Then when we went to buy the car the dealership’s Financial guy didn’t want us calling our loan guy and so things were kind of mixed up and such. But in the end Chris took care of everything and made us at ease! He is great!

After getting married my wife and I switched our accounts over to OnPoint and have been with them for over two years now. They have always been friendly and eager to help and have our best interest in mind. I got a great interest rate on my auto loan and it was very simple to setup, and their online features make it really easy to pay family and friends electronically. We also use their bill pay feature which works flawlessly. Would recommend to anyone looking to switch banks.

I traveled 3 1/2 hours to purchase a truck from one of their members. I didn't come with the correct paperwork and was going to open an account and have the loan processed through them.
The only sticking point was that it usually took 24 to 48 hours for new members to be approved. The branch manager was gracious enough to waive that so I could leave with my new truck. I couldn't be happier with the service, thank you.

Horrible service. I had an over drafting fee from a car rental service while we were moving last year. Paid the debt in full and have the proof the show for it. Was told that once I paid the debt, I could open a new account.
Get to the closest OnPoint after a 23 min drive and have the representative that is helping me, get on the phone, say my information followed by “yes. Yes, I understand. Even with her letter as proof of payment? Ok. Sounds good to me. “ hangs up.
“I’m sorry but you can not open an account with us due to the hardship losses we suffered”.
Ok. Then why was I lied to and told otherwise. I am a night auditor and don’t have the time to drive an hour out of my way over lies. Not to mention the lost sleep.
The sad part is that I have always loved their customer service, though that was primarily in Portland. I am a big supporter of credit unions but not those that waste my time. I don’t even see how it is a financial hardship for them since I all but begged to pay them directly so that they wouldn’t have to pay a debt collector or even use one at all.... but yeah.
He just looked at me like I was going to cause a scene. Which I just don’t do. Sorry. I actually thought he was causing a scene by saying my information really loud in a quiet establishment and putting my business everywhere. Unprofessional but hey, customer service is a dying art.

The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because the customer rep was nice. I'm so incredibly disappointed once again in this credit union/branch, especially in their lack of integrity. I went in and applied for a credit card while the transfer APR was down at 1.9%. I keep very close track of my credit score through several different reporting agencies on a day-to-day basis. I took the hard inquiry hit knowing that my credit was well above 750 In every single reporting agency. Onpoint ran my credit and told me that it's 624 and even if I qualify for a credit card through them the interest rate's going to be much higher. I pull up my credit reports right there in the bank in front of them and still no response whatsoever. Basically their score came in 125 plus points below what every reporting agency was showing. They ran Equifax and my Equifax was 125+ points higher on my credit report than they were showing on their end for Equifax. I literally pulled up my credit reports and showed them and it didn't matter. Whatever they have their profile set up for running credit reports is completely fraudulent because it's intended to run you at an extremely low score so that they can run up the interest rate on their loans and their cards. I have my money in their bank because I can gain interest on it but I'll never be doing any other type of business with OnPoint credit union again. Other than their interest rate on their premium bundle account, I haven't seen anything good out of This credit union and the time I've been with them and clearly they cannot be trusted. Do not let them run your credit and take a hard hit on your credit report because it's a complete waste of time with the way that they have their parameters set. They have their parameters set to things that aren't even allowed to be on your credit report anymore and in fact are not showing up on your credit report. Yet they're saying the only way they'll approve it is if you pay more interest basically. Very disappointing considering I had hoped to be able to move over to all one bank. Obviously I'm going to need to stay with Northwest community credit Union through my retirement because I cannot trust OnPoint to do anything other than pay a decent interest rate on my savings account. Sad....
