Have banked here for over 25 yrs and if I didn't have so many things tied up with my business and personal account I'd probably change banks. I have plenty of collateral but when I needed a small loan to help with something I had to go to another bank and all I had to do there was put $5 in a savings account and they gave me the loan. I have 25yrs worth of stories dealing with many issues from this bank. I keep hoping their service will improve but I'm thinking I'm going to have to change banks to get the service I deserve. I've waited long enough!

Too bad I can't give a zero star rating. This is a predatory financial institution whose policies are constantly changing in ways that do not benefit customers. I've had glitches in their ATM deposits system cause me to get overdraft fees while having a positive available balance. Don't even get me started on the check holds you can sometimes endure when depositing in one of their ATMs without a virtual teller. Sometimes multiple weeks at a time. You really have to watch your own back if you choose to bank here. Good luck with their cult like customer service. They all give you different answers and there is no consistency to their policies.

Credit card is separate from online accounting and inaccurate, payments also are not instant.
Employees seem to take personal offense to inconsistent policy complaints and will not help you.

5 months ago I bought the car from kia fiance. And They are hwy robbery. Block online pay and I only can pay by 3rd party and I have to pay extra $8 service fee every single time. At that time. I went to open new account with wauna bank from Forest Grove branch. And all employees is great service. Very satisfied! Few days ago I have a email from wauna bank offer new credit line. So I talk to Nichole(Warrenton branch) get loan for kia payment pay-off. She takes only 2 days finished it. This is my second times loan. So fast and good service Please don't take a chance to get loan from kia fiance. Use wauna credit union. Thank you! Nichole

They use to be a really good banks now they don't open on Saturdays it's really hard to talk to some one they just like any other bank it's time to change

This bank and all are ridiculously unethical I have never had so many issues and no one answers the your questions and everyone give you dates and answers all different I'm filing with federal credit union BBB and all else they have caused serious hardship retaliation and do not stand by Thier morals they go through employees fast oughta tell ya look at reviews in several sites not good actually horrible

I love using credit unions versus regular banks but I've had nothing but trouble over the course of the few years I've been with Wauna. If I didn't owe the some money, I'd close my accounts right now. They love to do updates on their website, app and ATMS all at the same time, so you blindly know nothing of how much money you actually have in your accounts without keeping your own record. I use the app/website so keep accurate records of my activity and history so I don't have to myself. They have ridiculous security calls just to verify who you are multiple times just to login. While I understand security is needed for banking accounts, it's still frustrating that I've spent the last half an hour attempting to login to the mobile app and getting several automotive phone calls just for the app to continuously crash or freeze up. I was able to login to the website on my phone and the accounts are showing random numbers that makes no sense for my available balances. So I still don't know what my actual balances are. So frustrating!
