Sure is nice to see US Bank in Tillamook is doing so well they do not need any more customers. We were told we couldn’t open an account and to come back in a week or maybe give it a try online. We would give it “no stars” if possible. It took only 15 minutes for one of their competitors to happily welcome us as a customer.

Nice enough people, but no one there knows how to send a money transfer to Europe. They failed with 3 attempts, made excuses that the problem was on Europe's end, wasted a week during the process, resulting in me nearly missing out on the deal that was struck.

Yes, the drive up has been slow at times, but the last three times I've been there - there has been only one or two cars ahead of me or none. Naturally, there are times it will be busier - so if you can pick a different time. I don't know everybody's name, but Katy, Leah and all the ladies have been extremely helpful and patient AND that says a lot considering they are short staffed. Covid has been hard on all and I'm grateful they hung in there to help their customers!

Holy hell! This bank is the worst! No lobby open. Each drive thru transaction takes roughly 15 minutes with one lane open.. You can see the person disappear for 10 minutes each time! Avoid at all costs!

This bank has been so amazing for me after having issues with another local bank. The tellers & the manager are so helpful every time I need assistance, and I could not be happier with my experience as a customer.
