Deanna B. Is my savior with online banking. She was so easy to get me through the whole process of getting an account added so I could do autopay. She is a Rockstar at her job. This is the best help I have ever had over the phone. That being said she needs a raise$$$

Update: the tillamook branch manager reached out to us to help make it right, was very thankful, as long as we only deal with her from now on I will be happy! Thank you Erin!
Was great until the merge, used to get personalized service, as in go thru drive thru banking tell them we’re going on vacation used to be done right on the spot now you have to call a 1800number and wait forever, employees even said if they do it manually they get reprimanded, felt like I lost the hometown service and courteous service we used to get, problems with holding money with direct deposit which has been the same employer for 8 years… very rude and refuse to help customers make it right when they charge fees which are there fault. We changed our address online 3 months ago and they are still sending mail to old address. Not impressed with the business practices they are doing at the moment.

The customer service at the Tillamook Branch was excellent. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and efficient. It's a pleasure doing business with TLC. Sorry I forgot her name. She said she was on the 3rd floor.

I STRONGLY dislike that when I call in I do NOT get my branch!!! This is very annoying if I wanted to be part of "corporate banking" I wouldn't have chosen a local credit union!!!

Incredible customer support and no issues getting a live person like some other places. I had an issue with online banking via their app and Deanna was excellent. Problem was addressed and quickly resolved. I wish every company had such great customer service!

Dina B. Was a great help with all my needs. I had multiple questions that were fully answered and needed a few things on my account fixed. Everything was taken care of by her in a timely manner. She was very polite and courteous and way better than her boss Dina(just kidding boss). I would highly recommend for any future business, my grade is an A+.

I am writing about your employee Rose in Tillamook. I can’t remember receiving better customer service from anyone, anywhere! She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I’ve been a customer for more than 30 years and she is the absolute BEST.
