I hope you can give zero stars! This is the absolute worst company in the world. How in the world do you run a business when you do not know what you are doing??? All of the automated options...that's a different story! Press 2 for....I think I pressed 2 like, I don't know, 30 times. I still didn't get the right department. I finally got someone that had no clue what she was doing. She kept putting me on hold so she could ask questions. Worst experience ever! Wow...please people, find another mortgage company to use!

Gregory Funding has been very professional with us. Great service on the phone and fast response time when I needed answers. The website is easy to use as well, I do not know why there are so many complaints on that, it is one of the easiest sites to use I have worked with. I have had no issues with escrow either. Happy customer.

Gregory Funding LLC are a bunch of criminals! Between the call center having a 2 hour wait, zero call backs, website is useless, billing system always down. Their system is constantly down, and they will blame you for this and don't think they will take any responsibility. Customer service reps will not help you and will not transfer you to anyone who will. you are just screwed if you are unlucky enough to have your mortgage bought by these idiots. CLASS ACTION SUIT ANYONE? seriously, anyone want to start a class action suit against these guys, I am looking into it.....

Extremely difficult company to work with. They won't let me escrow my home owner's insurance payments for some reason, only my property taxes. Their website is very primitive and barebones, you can't contact them in any form online. You have to call them and they have extremely long hold times, often two hours or more. They rarely respond to anything sent to them via USPS as well, even when you request that they contact you via mail. I strongly encourage you to avoid this company if you can.

Gregory Funding is the worst! I was in forbearance and the representatives told me they could foreclose if I didn’t come up with a balloon payment! Total nightmare! Hours on hold! They Refuse d to pay my homeowners insurance so they could purchase their own insurance, my escrow is way over the amount their allowed to hold hostage! Please don’t deal with this company! If you even say anything in frustration the representatives will hang up on you! I cried so many tears over the anger and fear over almost loosing my home!

If I could give zero stars, I would! These crooks should be out of business for the way they treat people! Unfortunately my mortgage was transferred to this company a year ago. I had less than $20,000 remaining on my 15 year loan when my account was transferred to GF. I finally was approved for a forbearance plan from my previous mortgage lender. I was on track with my payments. When it was transferred, all of the hard work I had put in to establish an affordable payment plan was completely gone. My escrow nearly doubled, my mortgage payments increased. I had called GF repeatedly, being on hold for 2+ hours, only to talk to the most incompetent customer service people I've ever spoken with. The story was different each time!! I started accruing fee after fee with zero explanation! There is so much lack of communication from these crooks! I was never helped by any customer service representative different story every time, and my home went into foreclosure without warning! The reinstatement fees are ridiculous!! I have an attorney and hopefully with so many complaints from other people, this crooked company will lose any credibility! Just stay away!! If you are able to transfer your mortgage elsewhere...RUN!!

In all of my life, this is the worst company I have ever come across if they could get zero stars or negative they would have. One anytime you call you get put on hold for anywhere from 1:30 hours every once in a while it’ll come on and say you can put your number in for a callback, but not always, and if you put your number in request a call back that doesn’t mean they’re gonna call you back. I have had an insurance claim where the money went to them because they were listed as a lienholder. They have been sitting on that and giving me lies for over three months they’ve had the money since March they got the notice of completion and photos Two months ago and every time I call I get a different story on what they need now it is complete Bull $@&

My loan was sold to this joke of a company! You can never speak to anyone about anything !! Getting them to help you with a home ins. Claim is near impossible. I'm still digging through paperwork but I am almost sure money was also added to the balance of my loan. I have currently been on hold for 2 hours and 2 min. And 30 seconds!! When it said wait time of one hour. !! If I refinance with rates as they are now my note will be higher so they know they got most of us stuck with them !!
