Just waited in line in the drive through for 20 minutes behind someone that was taking forever, And since the drive through is the only thing open we had to wait. Once we got to the teller she turned her screen off and didn’t answers us. We waited and she finally came on to tell us they where closed and wouldn’t help us. We got to the bank before 5pm and waited in line for 20 minutes behind one car, to be told at 5:04pm that she wouldn’t help us. So rude and such bad customer service.

My wife and I went to the Astoria branch on Marine Dr. To open an account and were totally ignored. Hell of a way to run a business. I'm on a walker and after standing for 15 min I had to leave. I would hope customer relations improve as we wanted to do business locally, we did but not with TLC!

Very annoying place to bank. ATM is outdated and SLOW! Account login info is never able to save, nor can I use a user name, always a super long account number, just lost my account info and waited on the phone for 15 minutes and hung up... which leads me to my review. Staff is nice here though, but the company is so out dated for 2017! Warning to all, research another credit union please.

Linata was very thorough with explaining everything about their branch and Credit Union. I'm sure she would have helped me if I had any questions, but she was so good at explaining all the details there was nothing to ask.

Linata was spectacular. The most professional , yet personable bank specialist I have ever had. Super friendly and sweet and knowledgeable. TLC is a great choice for your banking needs! For just about an hour of our time she was able to open up a personal checking/savings account for myself and for my husband. Plus she was able to open up my husbands business account for his dog paw care business as well. We walked out with three of many of our tasks on our “to do” lists checked off since we moved from San Diego Ca. Super relived and Happy ❤️

Garbage customer service, will lie straight to your face about the loans, never will call back, these people will screw you every chance they get
To give just one of the examples I have a loan that has a vehicle as collateral was told nothing about the need for specific insurance and due to an issue with my insurance company not giving them the info wound up getting a $971 increase being told that as soon as they get the info that I will be given a refund, they only refunded $565 and when I called them to ask why I was told essentially that it was for the temporary insurance issue.. THATS $406!! For a temporary issue that didn't last more than a month due to them not informing me of the need for specific coverage but also the lack of communication from the insurance company that again didn't take more than a single month to resolve.. garbage people, garbage services
