I have tried several times to call and speak to someone at the branch to deal with a minor issue. Both times I've been placed on hold well over 10 minutes then it tells me they're not available and sends me to their automated system for another five or six minutes at which time that person cannot help me because it's kind of something to eat with at the branch itself. Not the best customer service.

Worst bank ever. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Amazing how they keep receiving these bad reviews but they don’t do anything to change!

Worst bank branch ever! Odd how this branch has its own rules compared to the others! If a check comes from your bank cash it with Id, nope, not at this branch! I hope with all the harassing you did to multiple DCFP employees that they change to a new bank & you lose them as a customer!!!

Where do I start I need a good bank. This one constantly screwing up. They are rude people. Not helpful. My 3rd stimulus was direct deposit irs said it was into my bank. Its lost. Now they have to trace it. I have had this account at least 6years. I'm about done with them. I went in filled out form to stop payments from planet fitness. I see March went threw and this month. What the heck is this bank doing.

The help is great but their large check policies suck. I deposited a $34,000 check from Roseburg Forest Products and the bank placed a 7-business day hold. Plus the new on line banking measures are about to put the tellers out of work.
