Went in to set up my sons first ever bank account and we were help by a lady named Vanessa. She was so very kind and patient with my son as it was his first legal singing. She was just amazing and I hope she gets recognized for her great work.

Has gone down hill with some changes in staff. Update: Since I posted this review I got a notice from the bank that they are closing my account. They said it was not anything due to my wallet being stolen, where I had to change my account, followed by a refund from a company later. I told them I feel I am being singled out for some reason. I remembered I had given them a 1 star recently and now believe this is the reason they have dropped me since they admitted there was no fraud or loss to the company. I have gotten a new account and I highly recommend against this company. They don't have many options and they lack the insight to be forward thinking in today's technological world. Their mobile app is clunky and they lack many features you can get with other locations.

Great small town branch, all of the services, even a pet water bowl near the front door. They have an ATM which is handy if you forget that they and the local post office close from 1 to 2 each day for lunch.
