I've been a member my entire life and it's the first account and bank I've ever felt with. It has been a huge and great deal to have business with these guys. Lately though I've noticed that they are beginning to be unwilling to help members out. I live out of state and have to raise the cap on my account each and every month because they refuse to do it permanently. I've been told I have to call even though I haven't had to before. The line never works. Some of the teller's aren't friendly. This was a great business that seems to be heading the wrong direction.

Went in to set up a new bank account for me and a joint account with my wife. With COVID-19, I called in and did most of the process over the phone then went inside to sign paperwork. We were done within 10 minutes on the phone and 20 minutes inside. They answered my questions. There is a credit check for new accounts, but I don't mind as I'm not seeking credit anytime soon. Very helpful and nice locations around Oregon.
Edit: I've just found out that their Online Banking system needs an overhaul. There is no single sign on option to view all individual and joint accounts. I have to link them, add access to the accounts back and forth, have 2 usernames, and then act like I'm transferring money to another member of the bank when transferring money between the individual and joint accounts. This is not an easy or simple experience, nor is it seamless like all of my other banking experiences online. There is no way to "transition" between joint and individual accounts via the mobile app either.
Edit 2: I spoke with their online banking specialist. They were able to link the accounts so that I don't have to transfer to another member like my first edit said. That makes it easier. The Online Banking Specialist was helpful and mentioned that they are doing updates regularly to improve the experience, so I'm looking forward to those.

Came from a big bank that kept adding fees. These folks have quickly provided me several loans over the years at great rates. Service is a bit slower, but honest and fair which is more important to me.
