DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. I was told I had a full approval on two separate deals only to be told a day later that the APR had to be increased. I should have stopped there but I still continued with the deal. After I paid my $500 deposit, I did not hear from my sales person for 3 days and had to escalate to a supervisor only to find out that the vehicle needed repair and they are waiting on parts. Still I continued to give them a chance because Rhonda from Contract Department was helpful and truly tried to help me out in a timely manner. In the end I canceled the order because the website and dealer misrepresented the color. Vehicle's description said "gray" and dealer confirmed it was gray. When I did do the VIN check, it showed "green" which is what it looked on the website. I have since canceled the deal. I only show "pending" $500 credit to my account but I still have not been refunded the additional $2500 down payment that I paid. BUYER BEWARE!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man I spoke to was very rude and cold from the start of our interaction. We have had our auto loan with them for a while and have never ever been delinquent. I got a notification my credit score dropped 100 points!!! I have always processed my payments on the app but like others are saying shortly after they switched payments methods apparently the payment did go through I guess?! Never once got any notification that there was an issue or the account was Late. We are trying to buy a house so this is devastating for us right now. The guy on the phone was so condescending and offered no help. You would think if I offered to immediately correct the issue they would work with me being that I have always been in good standing. I will never do business with them again!! Called again today and still no help, no resolution, basically they don't care about their customers. RUN far away from this company. I find it funny there are so many other reviews saying the same thing. Makes you wonder how they're are still in business.

My first impression is not good. The person I spoke to obviously was working from home and had the TV on so loud it distracted from the conversation. I tried to set a checking account number on the website to schedule a payment. The person I spoke to had no idea how their website worked. I just made a payment early on the website. I feel fortunate I got a receipt. I also found out that this company doesn't even process same day payments. So you will get an email receipt, a duplicate text receipt, and may not even see the funds leave your account for days.I have never worked with a finance company that isn't interested in getting their money. I am scared to work with this company because my good credit standing could be in jeopardy. Stay far, far away. I am going to refinance as soon as possible.

Seriously the worst customer service. I called to place a payment and the operator said everything went through. Now I got a letter saying that my payment is past due. When the operator told me it was good. Had confirmation email and everything.
I don't recommend this company. If thre dealership offer this. Look the other way.

I had a perfect payment history until they implemented the new changes where you can't make debt card/credit card payments. Whoever decided that really should have their morality questioned. I'm sorry not only is just a cash grab charge people interest when they miss a payment it's also extremely unethical.

Driveway Finance is sort of like Yoda when measuring on a level of both great custom service and the overall service that they provide. Long story short: I live in Northern WA state and found a truck down in Medford, Oregon at a Ford Dealership. It was a real challenge dealing with my local banks and credit unions in WA state, (Even the ones that I have well established business and personal accounts with) as it would have been an out of state purchase. Simply put, Driveway said yes when a several other places said no and on top of that I with given an attractive rate. I will even go as far to say that they saved the day!
Now 4 month into my journey with them, I have had to call a couple of times. Mainly to ask a couple of questions about their mobile app, setting up autopay, etc. and have found their agents to be next level pleasant and helpful. It is sort of far out statement to say that I value the relationship with an auto lender, but with them I really do. It is nice to be able to consider a lender as a partner.
Both the Mobile and Website is pretty easy to use.
Good place to deal with and I highly recommend having your dealer check with them to see if they are a good fit your whatever you are looking purchase.

Hello, I would like to share my experience with driveway. I purchased my VW ID4 from them and while the initial customer service representative Dolores was of immense help, everyone after that was just not up to par. There is no sense of responsibility on their end. I made a cash purchase of 60k and i was the one doing the check ins and verification of who i was speaking to. I would get random calls from different departments without any introductions as to who would be taking care of me. I would keep calling and texting different departments to find out updates about my car. I am giving 2 stars only because I received my car at some point I thought I was getting scammed. Buying cars from driveway is not a good idea they make it seem like you are purchasing Mcdonalds with a coupon. They have no sense of prioritizing the customers needs and wants. I had to have multiple arguments just to get my registration done. The website itself is very good but I recommend that they invest in proper communication skills between the representatives and customer. A proper line of communication with who will be taking care of the customer and what departments will be involved. Thank you!
