Very slow customer service. I have a problem with Zelle payments and they cannot fix the problem. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. Very good lip service. The lobby is old and very dusty carpet. They need to deep clean the office.

I stopped in to ask if they had a notary public becausemy own bank TLC turned me away for that service. As I am not a customer of this bank I was sure they would turn me down. But to my surprise they were very welcoming and kind to me! Provided the service they didn't have to and were smiles while doing it! Michelle Blank was some helpful. I am now considering changing my accounts over to WaFd. Thank you once again for your kindness!!!

We were in Lincoln City WaFd and needed help and Deborah the personal banker helped us figure out the best way to handle our situation. She was so patient with us and made us feel like we were family and was so nice, yet very professional. Living in the area we will be at that bank!!!

They are very good at saying it is the system. I had to fight half a day to get money they deducted from my account the amount of a deposit . I HAD TO FIGHT TO GET IT BACK. I N S A N E management
