If you use this bank you need to find a new one . they locked a friend of mine out of her acct because someone cashed a fraudulent check on her acct and they are charging her 35.00 bucks a day for be overdraw . then they took her 1010.00 in SSI . the bank manager has not help one bit . the person they will be talking to is the lawyer . so if bank here look out

Don't even have a phone number to call on their website. Very unproffesional. Have not found anything good in banking here.

A friend and I couldn't even find it cuz they changed there name so many times . We drove around in circles like 5times

Opened a business account here, and the red flags came early…
First error, they misread my passport and put my middle name where my last should have been when creating the account. They literally got my name wrong. That took a week to correct.
Second error, they needed me to come into the branch and sign a form in order to have ONLINE BANKING 😂
Third error, they forgot to turn on my online banking, despite my visit to the branch to sign, so I had to call customer service twice, and speak to a branch manager before having it resolved.
Fourth error, they set me up for the wrong online banking (still couldn’t login after 2 weeks of opening the account). 😱😱😱
The only thing they’ve done correctly so far is close my account.
I’ve banked many places over the years, for personal and for business. This was HANDS DOWN the most stunning level of incompetence and lack of training I’ve ever seen in banking.
There was one traveling branch manager that seemed experienced, but everyone else seemed to be new hires that lacked proper training.
Strong do not recommend.
