This is a very unprofessional bank in my opinion and if i could leave a half a star i would. I'm Currently dealing with the death of my father and his account there. They refused to sign court ordered documents to restrict his assets because he had no will. The manager said she would get back to me after presenting the court documents to her. She never called me back. My attorney then attempted to get a hold of her with no luck so she went straight to their legal team instead. I waisted 2 weeks of crucial time because of the manager at this branch not communicating with me. I'm so disappointed because my dad has banked there for 15 years or more. How disrespectful to him and me. I will never step foot in this branch again.

There has been many instances where the drive though ATM was either out of money or not working properly. They close early and aren't open on Saturdays which makes it difficult to conduct business with them as I am at work during the only hours they are open.

I have an auto loan through this bank and I have found it to be extremely frustrating. The website is not user friendly, the customer service agents offer the bare minimum support for issues or questions unless directly asked for a specific service, I emailed about a situation I was having and never received a reply, I requested documents that I never received. I was told my payment was posted and it was not, which ended up making it late because I was given inaccurate information.

Being in the banking industry for 20+ years as a branch manager for another financial institution you get too see both sides of the fence as an employee and a customer, and if you want to make everyone happy you just need to sell ice cream! I have been a Linn Co Credit Union member for several years and have always experienced respectful knowledgeable professional and member friendly service at the Lebanon branch location. If you do receive a new teller and or banker, and they are struggling and nervous just be kind because everyone has a first day on the job. Don’t get your title, statements, debit card- your responsible as a member to provide updated contact information, they don’t have a crystal ball. Have overdraft fees get a check book register and balance your account; online, 800 # etc., these are only tools to help you, keep track of your debits and credits, and keeping track in your mind is not efficient or effective.Upset about overdraft fees, than quit using money that you don’t have-think of it as interest. Need a notary or open an account just call and make an appointment with the banker, don’t call and show up when you decide and expect to be seen or have someone immediately available to service you. Need credit counseling because your lost, don’t qualify for a loan, contact your banker for counseling, they will be happy to help.

I called and double checked they are able to notarize forms. The lady on the phone said yes they do I asked if I can come any time to get this done. She said yes I could. I showed up 10 minutes later and she says well she went to lunch you'll have to wait 45 mins. I let her know I just called and was told I could come. She gave me attitude and said well sorry people get sick. I dont understand how she had then attitude when I just wasted my time driving there. She was very rude and unprofessional.
