Today was awesome! I am so very very grateful to the loan team especially the Financial services consultant name Teehanna Smith at the 9th st branch for helping me today. You have no idea how much getting almost all my debt consolidated today. What a great relief! This allows me to focus on getting ahead to being on track with life. Thank you again! Mr. Fernando Carrillo was helpful and patient. He helped me with my credit card and explained to me all that I need to know. He spent an hour and a half to get the job done. I appreciate him and he's an asset to the company.

My husband and I have been with this credit union for the past few years. We both recommend going elsewhere for banking. Multiple times they have shut down our card while we are on vacation even after we have notified them that we are traveling and we are stuck on the phone for hours trying to get resolved. Also their online banking is very unreliable..their system is shut down and not working frequently. Go somewhere else if you want a good bank and good customer service. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I needed to connect OSCU with my other bank so a hold could be released on transferred funds. The first time we tried to call, my representative and I were disconnected by OSCU after a 7-minute hold time. The second time, after another 7-minute hold time, the representative refused to verify me as a third party was on the line who didn't have a direct line and, as such, it was impossible for me to verify funds. In addition, interest rates are often higher than other credit unions.

Amazing customer service every time I've been in. I'm trans, and haven't legally changed my name yet, but the people who help me see my preferred name in the system and use it right every time. It's the best bank/CU I've used. I'm sad to be moving out of state, but I hope the next CU I join is as pleasant as these folks.

I’ve been banking at the Credit Union since 1980. I’ve always had a positive experience when I go there. We financed our first house through the Credit Union. I also love their app! I can almost do all of my banking on the app.

Instead of calling me when you’re wondering when you’ll get your money maybe use all that energy on getting the app fixed so I can actually pay. I work graveyard. I’m not answering the phone. I log into the app and pay my bills right after my shifts and then I sleep. That’s it. If I can’t then they wait. Continuously calling just gets you added to the blocked list.
