I have several accounts with Banner Bank including business accounts. The staff have always been great and their personal service exemplary. They are proactive about security and when my account started having fraudulent charges, Jennifer helped me get it straightened out.

4 staff standing around with 5 customers standing in line. Poor service. Obviously, don’t care about their customers. What a shame!
