I gave my great aunt a ride to this place because she was getting a loan. I decided to go in as well to try myself. What really did not sit well with me was the fact that the representative working their sat behind her desk. Then asked me to say my social security number in front of everyone that was present (Verbally). Then turns to my great aunt and asks her to write her social security number on paper.
That bothered me to the point where I needed to voice my concern. My aunt feels that she can discuss my financial affairs with the family. I am not a child. She heard me repeat my social so I had to protect my identity, and my credit report is now sealed with the credit bureau. Their should be a double standard in the business practices. That was very inappropriate for her not to ask for my social security card itself.
I guess because I am a young Black man that it did not matter to keep my information confidential. If you plan on doing loans here just find somewhere else to go. I did get the loan and I have been paying consecutively but their protocols I experienced are extremely unprofessional. Once my loan is paid off I’ll Never in life go back. That was extremely unprofessional to me.

Manager Keri approved, what was CLEARLY a fraudulent loan, and when confronted over the phone, she could have cared less about the fall out effect their approval had on me. Zero compassion. Incredibly rude.

Not very professional. Tell you a manager will review your application and call you back, But the manager apperently dont do their job. Even if you are not approved you still deserve to be called back and told that. I would not recommend them for that reason.

Victoria and Keri attitude is nasty., everytime i call or go in the office i feel very uncomfortable. they dont speak nor friendly, nor helpful. make me feel like they have a problem with black people, ive tried to control my mouth for the longest but today i call coperate office on them. if they have a problem with certain customer then they should not be working in public places. this is Anthiny Bailey

Customer service should be evaluated. Feeling it is appropriate to speak to a customer about their personal life in a derogatory manner and attacking their employment in my opinion is not the best way to be the face of the company. When someone is being open and honest about their current situation, it's not for you to take and use it against them. Shame on you.

I've been a customer here for years. They're always there when I'm in a pinch. They work with your credit score and income, and are always super kind and helpful! Definitely the place to go if you need a loan.
