Rude, rude, rude!!!! They always speak to us as if they are above us looking down, they make snide little comments and refuse to help their customers, AND they approve UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES on your account and then treat you like it’s your fault and they’re doing you a kindness by releasing YOUR OWN MONEY to you!!! They have refused to drop an unauthorized pending charge on our account and then charged us a $30.00 overdraft fee on top of it even though we called the other company and had the payment reversed AND we told Red Crown that it was unauthorized! Will be calling as soon as they open to try to deal with the situation and escalate it accordingly before closing our account PERMANENTLY!!!!

I’ve been a customer for years. I’ve never once had a good experience. Apparently you have to have an 750 credit score for their overdraft, and after you’re denied they will use your savings as overdraft instead. Anytime I’ve EVER had to call or reach out for question or anything I’ve never received even decent customer service. When I bring it up people in member services like ALYSSA ROACH they will down play your concerns and say “we’ll I’ve been a member and employee for 11 years and never had problems.” Like of course you’re not going to have problems when all of red crown knows you and you work there. Lmao. These people are soooo out of touch with reality it is unreal. The debit cards constantly have issues and won’t work when you go to use them. DO NOT BANK HERE. They will also make you go through hell to close the account. Never again. Every single branch of red crown is absolutely awful. THEY DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE OF THEIR MEMBERS.THEY DELETE AND REMOVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AS WELL.

Online banking goes down alot and have even had my friends a few months ago who bank there tell me we all had change our passwords to our accounts because of them being hacked. Dont know if that was the case but sure enough I had to change my password befor I could use my card. Had to leave my groceries because my card was locked. So embarrassing.

This location needs an upgrade BADLY!!! It's old, has the atm inside the front door, has old equipment in the drive-thru, and doesn't have a water bottle filling station. The only new thing they have is the coin machine, which usually counts wrong, unless you put your coins in very slowly.
Red Crown is the ONLY bank or credit union I have ever seen that does not have an ATM in the drive-thru. A drive-thru ATM is desperately needed because people shouldn't have to get out of their car to easily get money, especially when the credit union is closed.

Almost all bank tellers are rude! They mess up then blame their customers! My mom and I have both had money go missing. Don't trust them!
