Came in there to open checking account. Both women in there were clueless on how to use the computer to setup my account.. Bank manager was very rude and belittled me about my credit history and made me feel like I didn't "deserve" to have a checking account at their bank. Once I told her I'm no longer interested in opening an account she got offended! Wouldn't recommend this nobody bank to anyone!

Went to open a checking account. The experience was absolutely terrible thanks to Lisa stucker. As soon as I went inside there were only two tellers one was with a customer and Lisa wasn’t. No greeting whatsoever. I told her that I wanted to open a bank account and she said that I will have to wait. I told her that I can bring her back my drivers license I only had a picture of it on the phone for now. She agreed and asked us to wait. Now she was just sitting there by herself, literally twiddling her thumbs, no customers but asked us to wait (no reason given) I asked her how much longer we had to wait she just acted like we should know the reason for the wait and told us that she has to be available for drive-through crowd. After a while she asked us to come over and start the process. But not even a minute after she said that she cannot open the account without a drivers license. Which she clearly agreed to before. I don’t care what your rules and processes are you still can do the paperwork at-least without a hard copy of a drivers license. I was giving you a picture of it!. I can tell you one thing that this lady knows no customer service. Rude! Absolutely wrong profession for her to be in. CSA II??? That means customer service associate/assistant. Huh? What? How? Not for a second I felt welcomed. In fact she made me feel like I wasted her time. If I was working with First Financial I would pay immediate attention to this. Your reviews speak for you. Next people I call will be the headquarters and let them know. Absolutely callous, cold and unhappy experience! Account with y’all? No thank you!

Worst online banking experience ever, so glad I never closed my 5/3 account. Only reason I had an account there was for a mortgage, and loans cannot be paid online. So no automatic payments. Only way to pay is by mailing a physical check or by telephone...and its 2020!

RUN AWAY. Got a loan from here. The people were nice enough but dealing with the billing is a nightmare. The statements do not make sense. Tried to add up different figures for hours to see what we owe, what were paying. No combinations make any sense. Tried to call support and they could not explain the bill.
Was told the $50 annual Fee was waved on this loan. Every year they put it back on.
Our loan payments automatically come out of our checking acct. at a different bank . Payment comes through fine except every year in December when the payment leaves our checking acct and doesn't show up as a payment to 1st national. Came out 20 days ago still a no show.
