Ita my first time taking out a loan for emergency financial issue but they really helped me and gave me ways to get it paid back easily. Also I was unexpected that one of the manager there know sign language since her mother is deaf. Now that's what I called a service for the deaf and hard of hearing. I love it. Thank you so much!

First time you cash in a check they put 25 dollars on a prepaid card that charges you a dollar to swipe and 2 dollars if you use your pin. You can take the amount off the card free of charge, but only after waiting 24 hours and returning to the store.

If you are completing a transaction with them, you have the option to add your money to a prepaid card but it is only an option. You can leave with cash. And they will work with you if you are willing to work with them.

No grace pay on day due or else pay faithfully can't even get a break whack for sure prey on the desperate never again I go without before I get a loan there again eagle loans is best place I've ever got loan that's way to go for sure

Walked into this CheckSmart location to close my account. They asked me to swipe my card to pay my interest first, which I did. Then I was handed a post it note with a phone number I had to call to cancel my account. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes I was FINALLY able to close my account. Completely unprofessional that the employees at the CheckSmart location will set up an account for you but won’t close it for you. I was told they can’t but if they can create an account why can’t they close it?
