My husband and I always go through Emily for everything we need. She is amazing! She will spend time helping us with a situation even if it does not directly benefit Fifth Third. Emily is always our go to because she actually cares about her client’s outcomes!

I have been using this bank for over ten years and have always been pleased with the service; even with the covid19 they still kept the lobby open for in person transactions when many others are only doing drive thru service. They greet cheerfully and quickly and happily render the needed help. It must also be remembered this is a national bank so all services are available cross country if something needs to be handled while on vacation.

Terrible service, terrible banking system, consistently sent me checks with the wrong last name, postponed payments until I was low then take them out and charge me ungodly nsf fees that never allow you to get out of the hole...not to mention charging me to pull MY MONEY our of savings into checking to prevent overdraft! This bank is a joke, please learn from my mistakes and save yourselves hundreds of dollars banking elsewhere. Money pulled today and opened somewhere that does none of the above.

This bank does NOT stand behind their checks and their fraud department is completely inept.
In the time Isabella was chatting away on the phone while another branch manager was trying to reach her, the account holder was hit with more fraudulent activity.
Additionally to cash a check written on their own bank they wanted to charge me $4,536.64 and the will not convert to a bank/ cashiers check when there is plenty of money in the account.
Shame on this bank.
Find a better bank.
