My computer was hacked, and money was being transferred from my online banking through my pc remotely. The staff at Paulding immediately took action. I suffered no loss, and they helped through every step of the process. I feel much better knowing the staff is looking out for my security!

This bank is a utterly a disgrace. Miss managing money and to giving out to one of my best friends a fake 100.00 dollar bill. Now they claim it never came from the paulding premier bank but the truth is, this person drew out the money to pay a bill for the entire year at another bank in paulding Ohio, when doing so the bank they went to ran the money through machine and noticed the hundred-dollar bill was fake they returned it to the Paulding Premier Bank. Overall they made her feel like she was a criminal knowing she received this hundred-dollar bill from there Bank and refused also kept the hundred dollars and reported it. The party at hand contacted the Sheriff's Department which could not help and reported it to the Paulding PD which and return they said upon their investigation that there was nothing they could do. So be it but I my self will make it known. Enjoy and I pray for you as to how you treat a person of true honesty.

The service at this bank has been ridiculously slow ever since they changed their name to Premier Bank from First Federal Bank

Honestly I can’t wait until I can switch banks. Around 6 months ago my identity was stolen, including my banking information. Around $2500 was stolen right out of my account. Not their fault obviously. But, when I have to call and beg for them to give me the information needed for the police and for the credit card companies multiple times, being lied to, not kept up to date on anything what so ever. I was promised the bank would dispute (refund) around $550 back into my account on a certain day. That day came and went and sure enough it wasn’t there. I called and asked the reasoning for this and a woman on the phone just said something to the effect of, “Oh yeah we actually couldn’t end up doing that because of etc.” Seriously? If you can’t do it then fine. But to not and bother calling to tell me and keep me informed of my own money? So disappointed in the unprofessionalism, lack of reasoning and compassion in staff, and just down right rudeness. I will never walk into this bank again, at least not the Paulding branch.
