Navient knows good and well they only sent ONE payment to the school that I withdrew from, ask them for proof of payment to the school because the school says they only received ONE payment, they're response it was a ACH transaction and can't provide proof the funds were sent. Get ready to be sued Navient..some more! Stay away from private loans, federal loans only if any at all really.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible company!!! Avoid at all costs but if your loans are transferred (like mine were) I'm sorry. Stay up to date on what your accounts are doing. They change auto payments without notice and their computers 'default' to settings that do NOT benefit you. Calling always puts you to an automated line and takes forever to speak to an actual representative (try using many curse words it sometimes works). I've spent countless hours on the phone trying to get them to stop changing my payments but its never anyone's fault, its just how the computers work. (tried paying my loans faster but they kept switching to make payments elongated for the duration of the loan). I would make them write "notes" on my account to not touch it without my express permission but always got the 'oops' it happened again. I would not wish anyone to have to deal with this company.

Legalized loan shark company...that is all they are. I had been communicating with them just fine over email and receiving documents and other info from the customer advocate office and now that my payments are due and I need them to help correct their mistake on my payment plan, they suddenly are "having trouble" emailing me and are calling the wrong numbers and at the wrong times (I work the same hours the office of the customer advocate does and cannot be on the phone with personal business for hours). They know this! Now they have been harassing me as if I am avoiding them and not paying when I was the one saying I need to fix this because my payment is wrong. Trying to paint me as someone who is avoiding payment is going to cost them. I am currently preparing to file suit against them if this is not resolved by the end of the month. This fraudulent company needs to be shut down and DISSOLVED!

Very shady, liars, and full of BS. I had a loan transferred to them and have never missed a payment. They suddenly put my loan into default. When I called, I informed them I would be recording the call and was hung up on. I called again to the person who was assigned my loan...hung up on me again when I said I'm recording. I asked to be assigned to a supervisor, I was hung up on. I wrote a letter demanding detailed statements of my payments, I received a response stating to call to discuss my loan. Navient is refusing to send me anything and speak to me if I want to record my conversation with them. I have now asked them to stop calling me and consulting with a lawyer.

Division of Sallie Mae. Dont trust the help they will offer. I have called multiple time been put on hold for hours just trying to get help with the website login. If a payment wont post they call u on a unknown number that looks like a scam and will not leave a message. When on the phone with the agents which is in India the accents are so bad its impossible to understand the agent. Frankly i am afraid to give any info out. Due to all the scams numbers that call from the region. When you ask to speak to some you can understand they get snotty and rude. Beware of this company. They also have a class action lawsuit against them. For pushing people into the repayment options that hurt more them help them
