Worst bank ever I do not recommend this bank, they closed my account after I was the one to make a deposit online and they knew I was the one making it

I attempted to use the atm here and it malfunctioned and wouldn't return my card. I called the next day and was told it would take several business days to get my card back. I spoke with a branch representative named Sheena who was very rude and dismissive with me and made no attempt at being courteous or compassionate.

I Stopped in to make my car payment and the blonde woman behind the counter made me feel like a burden because she had to take extra steps. (I don't bank at 5/3 because of their ridiculous fees). She dismissed me and handed me off too another teller. I signed up for auto pay so hopefully next month I won't have to deal with her.

New to the area and decided to use 5/3 as my new bank. And Lordy I’m not sure about them at all. $2 for a money order at my own bank is just ridiculous!!! My card was lost or stolen and I called for a replacement to be sent on the 21st Of April and it’s the 4th of May and I still haven’t received anything!!!!

i didnt realize opening an account here would be so difficult. im trying to do it online as i dont have time during the day since i work and its having me scan my ID but its not scanning anything. then it just says to contact customer service. I dont know if its because i have an out of state ID or what but maybe make your website more user friendly so people would be more willing to join. Not everyone can or is willing to come in person just to open an account.
