Very rude, poor costumer service......I will be pulling all 3 of our accounts after my experience over the phone today. Just call the costumer service 1-800 number if you want help with fees or anything wrongfully charged to your account....or anything period......the people at this location act like they are too good to help....not impressed.

Months of fighting for our money back after a fraudulent purchase we flagged within minutes, they still refuses to give our money back, couldn't get the remainder off the card that had to be canceled, losing even more of our money than the companies security failure already cost, and now, finally they send us a replacement and we have to spend another three hours on the phone because something went wrong activating it. If there was a zero star option I would use it

No one ever answer's the phone when you have questions. ZERO customer service. I have to call a different branch to get anything done. It's rediculas.
Get a different staff in this building immediately!
