28 years I've had accounts with Home Saving now Premier Bank. I was depositing a check and taking out less than half of it as cash. I was ask "Where is this check from?" It has a company logo, account, and routing number... Beyond that it's none of your business why or how a check in my name got to be in my hand. In 28 years I've never been asked such a question. When i talked to the manager I found this is company policy... Your company policy asked questions that are not your business. Might be time for me to change banks.

This is by far the worst bank for small businesses that I have ever been with. They suspected activity on my account limited my daily used to only $500. No one had informed us we were informed once our credit card kept getting denied. We place orders we pay for everything via credit card. So in order to get our goods to our customers we have to pay for them. This is a huge inconvenience the way it was dealt with. Not only that the fee you for everything. business deposits are not available next day on the weekends there available on the following business day. So when we had the last holiday Friday's deposit was available Tuesday. I really do not recommend this bank to anybody. The staff is nice we don't have a problem with them just their computer system and that the way their banking works is awful. Definitely do not recommend them for small business.

BRING BACK HOME SAVINGS AND LOAN!!! This Premiere bank is a joke. They have taken over and now i can't call my branch directly let alone call their 800# and reach someone. My automatic payments from bill pay are all messed up and causing me a headache of late fees and money being taken from my account before it's even in the account. Everything worked great until July 13, 2020 when they took over! Seriously considering going to a more local, smaller bank.

When they switched to Premier Bank, they have screwed me over, again and again. Giving me a card with no way to activate it. Then once I got it activated a week later someone from Youngstown was able to steal my bank info without having my card making my account go negative and they overcharge fee me for something I didnt do. I got payments coming up soon and I can't make them because of Premier Bank. I suggest not having an account here

If I could give this bank a "0" I would. I have had a car loan there for 5 years, it is almost done. I own a business and just needed to swap some money, 20's for 1's etc. I was told my loan account does not make me an account holder??? Seriously??? The interest that I have paid for 5 years to this bank for my car loan does NOT make me an account holder? This will the only and the last time I will do business at this bank. Chase bank even told me their loan customers are real account holders. Ridiculous, I will never have my accounts at Premier Bank again, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience and tell them to go to Chase.

Abysmal customer service - Moved my banking to Home Savings not long before it became Premier. In the year since, I've had 3 occasions to to address questions/issues with my accounts. All three times I was told I need to speak to the manager, who was not available, but would be sure to call me back tomorrow. All 3 times, the 3rd being this week (called on Tuesday, today is Friday), I've NEVER gotten a call back as I was told. Either empower more people to address issues, or hire managers who care. I've already moved most of my banking to another bank, this sealed the deal on the rest of it.
If you want customer service as part of your banking, PICK A DIFFERENT BANK!
