I have nothing good to say about this company. As mentioned in another review you cannot make online payments unless you pay through your bank's bill pay program, so money has to be taken out of your account 10 days before the due date to ensure it arrives on time. If you call to pay you are charged a fee and that's if you are lucky enough to get a hold of someone. They have very limited hours, 8:30-2:30 three days of the week and 8:30-4:30 the other 2 days. Terrible hours for someone who works full-time. I switched insurance companies and was told by the insurance company that they would contact my lein holder... 3 months later I receive a letter in the mail, from herritage, stating my car would be repo'd the next week due to not having insurance. I had assumed after that long it was all taken care of (as I had been informed it would...I know that is the insurance company's fault) but herritage didn't even try to reach out to me to resolve the issue, they have my phone number. Instead they just sent a threatening letter stating my car would be repo'd even though my payments are always received on time. Like I said...nothing good to say about this company.

Dorothy is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! She is very professional and understanding. She has truly been a BLESSING to know and work with on our loan.

First, they do not have online payments so you have to send a check every month which is fine, but very problematic if you run into the issues I have experienced with this company. Would not recommend to anyone.

Knowing what people are going through today, they are still calling your job, landlord, friends and family about your 1 missed payment a thousand times a day. So unprofessional. Mind you this is even after arrangements were made.
