Last Saturday, our daughter had car trouble on her way to work and needed to be towed. I called BaZing and told the representative that we needed a tow truck. She asked where our membership was through, so I told her Citizens Federal Savings and Loan. She put me on a brief hold while she verified my membership. She asked where the vehicle was and where we needed it towed to. She briefly put me on another hold while she contacted a tow service. Then I got a text stating the name, number, and estimated arrival time of the tow truck. Then she got back on the phone to make sure I received the text and asked if I needed anything else.
Shortly after our call, the tow service called me to verify where the vehicle was. About 20 minutes later, the tow truck arrived and took the car to our local mechanic. Because the car didn't need to be towed very far, the entire cost of the tow was covered by BaZing.

Most snobbish attitude towards customer which creates more customer service issues. Not everyone is knowledgeable in banking protocols or which account they will need. Someone did reach out but they was just as rude and had that better then thou attitude. It has been quite shocking since I have been a customer for twenty years and your more established employees are wonderful, friendly, and so welcoming. But those few that have no tact, bad attitudes, and just plain treat customers of your establishment like they have much better things to do with their time then wait on them for conducting their business affairs or answering any questions it is poor manners and they should not be facing the public who they clearly despise serving.

Resolved as of June 1. ATM functioning normally now.
4.25.23 Their ATM in the drive through is absolutely garbage. I have told them time and time again that it basically never accepts cash. I have showed them videos. They just DO. NOT. CARE.
I work longer hours than they are open every day that they are open. I need to deposit cash.
Then they make the GENIUS decision to put in a new ATM that doesn't accept cash deposits? How? Get it together. I can't believe they even make those.
