Century National is continuing to be unprofessional and negligent, in my opinion. The people with whom I have been in contact with are conveniently bad at their jobs, and unsurprisingly no one is accountable or responsible for being bad at their job.
I contacted Paula Stewart on 1/13 about wanting information on my mortgage statement mailed to my new address. She wanted me to follow up with her on 1/16, but I wanted to her to take on the responsibility. I don't want to take on the responsibility of reminding her to do her job. I asked if she could remember to contact me on 1/16, she said yes and never did. I had to follow up with her on 1/17.
I contacted Bruce Kolopajlo on 1/14 about also updating my contact information. I was very specific about giving him the contact information I wanted him to use. He has contacted me using personal information I have never given the bank as a contact method, which I find really unprofessional.
Weirdly enough, for being an account holder of Century National Bank since 2011, they seem to not be able to maintain my preferred contact information.
I also haven't received my 2019 tax documents. I was very specific to Bruce and Paula Stewart in mid-January about wanting to receive bank documentation and being treated fairly and equitably as my co-mortgage holder. I called about it on 2/3 and no tax documents had been produced or mailed to me.
My customer service experiences have been underwhelming.
The mortgage originator with whom I have worked, Steve Haren, hasn't treated me in a way in which I felt valued. I often don't get my phone calls answered/returned. Steve also never contacted me regarding construction progress/options about my mortgage; he would only call the male mortgage holder. He admitted to me that he never contacted me due to the payment being on time. It felt really sexist that he said he never thought to talk to me about construction, only about late payments.
Steve removed himself from the mortgage, and the person whom he had take his place (Paula Meadows) also has yet to return my phone call from 10/28.
It doesn't feel good that representatives from this bank do not want to return my calls nor communicate with me about serious things like mortgages.
11/4 Edit/Update:
Would it be possible to provide documentation of these “alleged” phone calls that were made to me? You may contact me through my email, which you have on record.

I had an auto loan through them and I paid it off early. They charged me a fee for paying it off early.

The auto loan that I took out had the lowest APR of all the banks that I reviewed with the car dealer. Bank staff are friendly.

I had banked with them for over 20 years never had a negative balance on my account. Last year decided to get a new vehicle I was upset when the bank I used for over 20+ years denied me a loan and even more upset when I applied for a $300 credit card and they denied me... sad when your approved through a bank that's not even yours. So thanks for the appreciation and I will be moving to the bank that stood by Me and gave me not only an auto loan but also a $1000 credit card
