I’ve had an account with them for years, nobody will pick up the phone I've been paying at an accelerated rate and cannot get a hold of anybody for my updated balance. They updated the App to become essentially useless you will not be able to make any changes unless you get somebody on the line which is literally impossible. The last I spoke to them I had to SPAM call in order to make extra additional payments and to increase my payment amount. Truly unbelievable.

I made a phone appointment with Jacob on Thursday 10/19/2023 at 11am, it’s now Saturday and he never called me. I called several times Thursday and Friday. I kept being told that he was with someone and would call me when he was done. Needless to say I never received that call. The phone appointments are not as important as the in person appointments so I would advise everyone to go inside the branch. Why have phone appointments if you are not going to keep them?

Jacob made the loan process stressful and strenuous. This was my second time and the first time was smooth. Jacob was unfriendly and made the whole experience unpleasant his manner in the way he spoke was very rude. My one star is for him . One main is great just ask for someone else.

OMF’s staff are professional, knowledgeable & very patient. My experience from the beginning of the application process to the completion was the best. I have no complaints special appreciation for the agent who assisted me as well the others who also helped.
