Worst Bank Ever. They called one day out of the blue saying they are repo-ing my car without barely any notice. They didn't try to get a hold of me at all.And said if I didn't turn it in I would be a wanted criminal on the FBI most wanted List. I tried paying it off and I could have paid them but they told me go screw myself. And now I don't have a car to go to work and school with. Never do business with them for the "Love Of God". I would give them negative Star if I could.

I have found this is a good bank!
They have been terrific and I can't complain.
Customer service is awesome and they are knowledgeable.
Fraud Dept is super good and they caught fraud before we knew it!
If you have a problem, call the branch Managers in your area. They will straighten out issues for you.

One of the worst customer experiences ever. No online payment, other than auto transfer. They lost our check: we placed a stop payment on it per their instructions (our bank charged $30) and then the check showed up. They attempted to cash the stopped check and sent us a notice that we would be charged a $20 return check fee. Spent an hour on the phone to find the guy who suggested the stop payment... Still on hold. Ultimately we were told to talk to our bank about the stop check fee, and they would place a note in the system to remove the $20 return charge, and to make sure to pay our next payment (really??).
NEVER work with these guys!!!

My wife and I have a car loan from them and were off by a few dollars and they call us and I said okay let me tell my wife and the guy on the phone said well if we don't have the right payment we will start the process for repossession I was like are you kidding me we've been on time with our payments for years and because it wasn't the right amount (my wife's bank error) you are going to reposses my car .... wow unreal and because the loan is from a bank not even in our area we can't and don't have the option to pay the loan online so we have to waste time and gas to go to our own bank get a money order and mail it out to them this is the worst bank I have ever seen at least with our other car we were able to go straight to the Hyundai website and make our payments (thank God that payment is done)they should make it where you can go to their website and be able to make payments etc and if you make a payment over the phone they charge you almost 15.00 dollars
