I would like to share my disappointing experience with KeyBank located on 1555 Route 9 Wappingers Falls. On March 25th I had closed my deposit account. I was informed that I will receive my deposit shortly. After month of waiting I scheduled an appointment for three times. Each of my visits I was refused to be supported by bank personnel. Excuses were that person with whom I have my appointment is not present. In total I had schedule seven appointments during last 2.5 months. On my last visits I faced unprofessional behavior from Zuzana Cepko. She was trying to hide from me. She made a lot of mistakes with documents and had show zero respect to the bank client. Think twice before became a client in this bank. You'll spend a lot of your time to figure out where the mistake was made.

Used this branch to make several bank wire transfers for an out of state real estate transaction at the height of the Covid pandemic in 2020. The staff there were all extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with!

Decent service. Good for the area. If you travel outside of New York you will have problems finding branches and ATMs.

THE OLDER WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY (WAS PROBABLY IN LATE 30s EARLY 40s) BUT THE YOUNG LADY ( IN HER 20s) WAS BEING PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AND STRAIGHT OUT RUDE. I WILL NOW BE PLANNING TO GO TO HOPEWELL LOCATION FROM NOW ON.

Excellent customer service. Was looking to open a business account and was able to just walk in and get everything done right away. Kudos to Zuzana Cepko and her professionalism and courtesy.

This KeyBank is very disrespectful I called and they said they would put me on hold for a minute then they hung up and didn’t pick up again, and I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager, you guys need training on how to deal with customers, you get 3 dumbs down from me!!
