The parking lot is awful! Not only is the size extremely tight, but the only way to access the building is via the parkway. Awful and borderline dangerous, given how narrow it is.
The building itself isn't nice either. Small, terrible design, sterile feeling, and awkward circulation. Really bad decisions all around. (A shocking waste of money, I imagine.) Whoever planned this did a pretty horrendous job!
I'm going to just use the app now, it's not worth going here.

Best credit union ever. Where it is or the building it is in are of no consequence. There are quite a few locations well within a short distance. Plus, they are civic minded and cater to their members. I couldn't be more satisfied.

New location, new disappointments. I'm not sure if this credit union has heard the term "if it's not broke don't fix it" but that seems to apply for this new building and location. There is no way to access it from inside the Walmart Plaza. You are forced to turn into the bank from the parkway and that is the only way to you can exit great design. In addition, it appears to be able to accommodate less vehicle traffic for access to the ATMS. I can't wait to see what it's like on Friday's let alone during the holiday season. Speaking of ATMs they are new and have this lovely "bread basket" design that unless you're on top of the ATM you're going to have to get out of your vehicle to get your money. I thought Visions was doing well, so I am not sure why they are making the experience to access the ATMs this difficult.

Poor access, no access from town square mall. Only one entrance and exit off of 434 westbound.

An amazing institution to trust with your finances. All of my experiences here have been with incredibly knowledgeable and helpful customer service representatives. I started a non-profit account for a school club and Maggie Cubic was incredibly helpful from start to finish.

I've been living overseas for more than a decade and returned to Visions myself and with my parents who needed to get some paperwork done on two occasions in the past week.
The first visit was with the branch manager who was friendly and very attentive to what needed to be done and was prompt in getting everything sorted.
The second visit was with my mother who speaks English as a second language. Serena, who helped us, along with one of her senior colleagues, went beyond what was required to make sure my mother's paperwork was in order. She had made a mistake in filling out paperwork from another institution which needed stamping and they actually found the form online and helped my mom in filling it out to make sure it was OK. I was very impressed by this attention to detail and patience with their members.
I've been a member since I was a teenager in the late 1990s, a few years after the Visions name was rebranded from the IBM Credit Union. Having lived in many countries and dealing with financial institutions big and small, I must say that I'm proud to be part of this credit union and it's the employees, particularly at this branch, who make Visions as good of an organization as it is.

I have been with the Credit Union for a little while now. And although I love the bank itself and all it has to offer, I am highly disappointed in the changes they have made to the office on Vestal Parkway. You can not access it from the Walmart Plaza which is the safest, the ATM set up is horrible. It was much nicer when I could go to the ATM and go back out the back side to get out to avoid all the traffic. The parking lot is smaller. When I had to go inside I couldn't even turn sharp enough to get into a parking spot. And I only drive a small SUV. The office that was there before was much easier and convenient to get in and out of. And the inside was bigger. Everything about this one is a downgrade. If you wanted to update the office you should have updated the office that was there. You should have stuck to the old saying "If it's not broke don't fix it!!"
