The people are helpful but their mobile technology is unpredictable. I live out of state so I have to rely on mobile banking. There are some checks the app simply refuses to see. So I send my deposits by snail mail. Cashier has always deposited checks timely but they need to work on that app.

The worst banking experiences ever. Trying to settle our mother's 30 year account. Manager could not accept our paperwork. Offered no help. In the two minutes it took to walk to the car she froze my mother's account so we couldn't pull money from the Atm. Renee has no personality, compassion and comes off as a cold hearted bi*$#. Run from this bank.

I haven't been inside the bank in years do everything from my phone it's great great experience though when I did go into the bank.
