I really like this bank after switching a year ago. The app is sometimes laggy but when it is working which 90% of the time it is, it is easy to use and has awesome extensions like the budgeting portion. Transferring between accounts is simple.
When it comes to the people, I really don't mind going into the branch. Steve was phenomenal in opening my account and I love when he answers the phone because he's easy to talk to and understand and he is willing to help however he is able.
Today I had my first no so good experience. I called and spoke with a lady who made me feel like I was bothering her by asking questions. Not the way a customer should be greeted whatsoever.
Over all would definitely recommend this bank.

My husband emailed the person who opened our account different questions we needed answered. We received no answer and had to go in-person to get answers. It would be a lot more convenient to the customers if they answered their email.

not a rating on the location, but the company. I had called to cancel my card due to fraudulent transactions and order a new one. I was told it would arrive in 24-48 hours. 3 weeks later, still nothing. I call again and they send out a new one. still nothing. this has been going on for a month now.
