Good customer service, wide variety of products at fair rates. Less / lower fees than the big banks. Locally headquartered and easier to reach the person you need. Have had 99% of my banking here for years and problems are rare. When there has been one it is easily and quickly resolved.

Great Bank. Local personal service. Online banking is OK. Better than large impersonal banks where you are just a number. If you are honest with them, they are honest with and help you. Rates a little higher than credit unions, but on par with local regional banks. Good bank

Their teller tried to verify my check and called the call center twice. Then said they couldnt verify my check. So I went to another bank to cash it. The next bank called the call center to verify it and the call center said that generations bank in Seneca falls already verified it. Now generations bank said they can't do anything so now I am out $800 thanks to generations bank inability to do their job. The people are rude and clueless. Take your business elsewhere

I have been banking with Generations Bank for many years now and I have always received impeccable assistance from the customer service department at headquarters. Brittany Ruiz has not only helped me resolve any issues that I have had in the past, but has also informed me of services that she felt I may benefit from as well as services that I had not, at the time, been utilizing. I would like to give a very positive review for Joyce Archer in your Seneca Falls corporate offices. I have known and worked with Joyce for many years as the Geneva branch manager and now in your main office. Recently, she assisted in obtaining bank information for me. I am Power of Attorney for an elderly gentleman in a nursing home and needed his past account information. She arranged to have that transferred to Geneva so I could pick it up. And just today I was questioning a rule that was told to me by one of the Geneva staff. After my email, Joyce took the time to call me and clarify the situation. The Geneva teller was accurate, and with Joyce's explanation, it made perfect sense. I applaud her for her people skills as well as having the knowledge to assist your customers. In my opinion, she is a valued employee and asset of Generations Bank. Thank you, Alan
