As a first-time business owner, Capital One in Riverhead was extremely helpful in walking me through the process. I’m glad I set an appointment here as the employee named Gabby that helped me was both courteous and thorough.

Switch banks, I did! After months of trying to get the faulty Cap One online banking app corrected, after 8+ hours of trying to get through Cap One’s artificial intelligence to contact customer service or my local branch who usually doesn’t answer their phones, after mailing Cap One’s corporate office, I decided it was easier to switch banks. In my first encounter, I spoke with more human beings for a longer period of time than was ever available to me through Cap One.

In this Bank their employees are so kind & humble! They gonna bring you all the services as well! In my case I’m using Capital One Bank since 2010 and I never has any issue with my account, My money or anything else!

Bank has gone WAY WAY downhill over the past few years. No personalized service. Go there one day and then go there a week later and it’s conpletely different staff. Unfriendly. Not helpful. They make up rules as they go along. At this point the only reason why I still bank with them is it’s convenient for me to do so. Will definitely be switching banks as soon as the time is right. Much better options out there whether it’s for you personally or for a business.

I go in for coin rolls frequently. Every teller ive worked with has been super friendly. Other locations havent been as welcoming, but I absolutely love making transactions with the folks here

The worst customer service ever I seen in my life and specifically they have new manager hired and she doesn’t care about customers at all and they are all hiding in the back office and there is big line of people waiting and phone customer service no one pickup
