They are usually pretty nice.But like everywhere, it seems they are required to employ a few men. Who tend to be condescending, and of.course egotistical.They make stupid assumptions. At best they are comical and at worst pitiful.

If I could give no stars I would. I have dealt with Rhinebeck bank for years purchasing several vehicles through them and requesting at dealers to go through them. That will never happen again. The online banking is not currently working for bill pay so I called to try to pay over the phone and they want to charge me an additional $16. Explaining that the online bill pay is not working after trying several times the woman on the phone decided to become rude and nasty with me. And she was “the manager “.
I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same. Never have I been so disappointed in a local bank of my life. I would not recommend this rude disrespectful company to anyone.

Disgusting people, disgusting collections department. Paid the first two loans off within 2 years on both through this bank. I've never been late or missed a payment before IN MY LIFE..make sure you don't ever lose your job or don't let your mom die. Bc they will take your car in the middle of the night on a FRIDAY over 2 missed payments. I woke up and my car was just gone. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE A SCUMBAG. I'm on my 3rd car loan and I won't EVER come here for financing again. The women are downright NASTY on the phone and make you feel less than them. I paid the 3k to get my car in Poughkeepsie bc I Was working on it. And they didn't care at all. No phone calls, no recognizing how MUCH MONEY IVE GIVEN THEM IN 8 YEARS. Absolutely disgusting!
