THEY LOVE OVERDRAFT FEES! BANKEE BEWARE!!!!It appears to me that they rearrange your transactions to be in the order they need them to be to slam you with overdraft fees! I let go $400 this week alone to overdraft fees. Not to metion one time we were .35 short in our account and got charged $33.00. After banking with them for several years and receiving shotty customer service, we are now officially done. BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR!

The people who work there are FANTASTIC however the hours that Key Bank has instituted are ridiculous. I now have to take off work in order to go to the bank. They only got the second star because of the people unless it would be 1 star.

Agree with above user. Not to mention it being 2012 you would think they would just use electronic transactions with 24 lead times instead of paper drafts with 5 day waiting for bill pay. How is this convenient. Another great example of a small bank getting too big and not improving.

No weekends for banking?
Not even Saturday?
