Very rude staff. Talked about my personal life with another client of the bank. Small operation, no help on the weekends even if there is a financial emergency. All of these things are over the years of my banking with them. Go to literally any other bank. CCU, First Heritage, are just as common in the area and far superior.

Servu unfortunately has issues with basic customer service. I was recently contacted by a branch associate- Jeff. There was an issue with an old account. I told him I was unable to come to a branch because I was out of the area and he immediately hung up the phone on me (instead of trying to resolve the issue over the phone, or just saying simply "goodbye." ) Apparently I was also receiving harassing mail sent to my former address about a minor issue (I owed $25 on an overdraft fee).. Pretty disappointing to have this service through a local credit union. This is more the norm for big banks. The account has been closed. I have also heard of recurring issues by other branch members in the area. Servu unfortunately seems to be losing touch of their mission.

Electronic banking and mobile banking always has problems. When it's down you can't access your account and wouldn't let me withdrawal funds from a atm. If your going to bank with them I'd carry emergency cash...
