Just went there and tried talking to them about a situation I was having. The teller shut me down without me even telling her the situation I was having. It was awful and embarrassing.

Be very wary of dealing with Empower For loans. When my girlfriend refinanced her car with them they delayed sending the payoff check, resulting in her getting a late fee that they would not cover even though it was their fault.
Then when she traded it in, the dealer sent them a check that their employee signed for and lost. Then they charged her a late fee and reported her past due because of their mistake. They love to charge late fees for situations that they create. While everyone makes mistakes, they take NO RESPONSIBILITY for theirs. This seems to be a common theme, if this has happened to you please speak up.

My mom had to make a deposit and we had to wait for over an HOUR to even get to the window in order to start our deposit. I personally don’t have an account with Empower but this 100% deterred me from ever opening one with them. Empower, you need to fix this issue!! The pandemic has been going on for almost 10 months, there has to be a better way to run the drive thru.

Service time is terrible. Any other branch in the area I'm done in 5min. I've sat at the drive thru twice now for over 15min and the line doesn't move. Watching 1 person attempting to help a customer while the other walks back and forth texting on her phone. Not impressed

Had to wait over 30 mins in the drive thru for service. The customer service is always phenomenal, but the drive thru waits have got to go. I can't believe that it takes in upwards of 30 mins in order to make a deposit going threw the drive thru. Empower you need to fix this!!
