I went to the ATM yesterday to withdraw funds from my EBT card. They didn't have any options between the $100 and $200 withdraw. The real kicker in the pants was they charged me $4.00 to withdraw money. I withdrew $100.00 and it came to $104.00 not happy. I planned to open an account but I thought about it.....not happening. Fees that high are unacceptable. Would not recommend financial institution to anyone.

I called ahead on a Monday to start the process for an auto loan, knowing that I had plans to buy a car on Friday, but because I was traveling to see the car, I wouldn't have the bill of sale until that Friday. The loan officer told me that he could take my info and get me pre-qualified so that on Friday I could bring in the bill of sale and get things finalized on the same day.
Friday comes. I bring in the title and bill of sale, the loan officer immediately begins re-asking me questions about my employment and income and then tells me that he needs to send everything to their third party underwriting team. I clarified about whether or not I'd get the funds that say since I was supposedly pre-approved, and suddenly the answer became "maybe". He told me he'd call me by the end of the day with an answer.
5 PM comes. I call him. He tells me to call the bank manager on Saturday morning.
Saturday morning comes. I call the bank manager. He tells me underwriting isn't open on Saturdays and that he "may" have an answer by Monday. At this point I need to get myself back home (downstate) for work, and I really don't have time to wait. I ended up having to apply for a loan online, and was approved in less than ten minutes.
I understand there's an underwriting process and that these things can take time, but there is no reason for all the blatant misinformation I was given. The "pre-approval" bit is a joke, and at least two employees here don't know their own processes.
Edit: it's been over 3 weeks since my initial call and I still have not received a decision on this loan. This service is a joke, better off going with a different lender.

Today makes two days in the last month that Key Bank has not been available online. It is pretty difficult to do any online banking when your website is down again.

Teller was friendly.. loan officer seems to hate her job and rushed me off the phone. Outrageous qualifications needed for a home loan

I have been banking with Key bank for over a year now and have always found the staff to be professional, courteous and helpful when I have questions or concerns. I would recommend this bank.

Don't download the keybank app onto your phone because it hardly ever works.
