Came to open an account, while waiting you can hear the lady who was suppose to “help” me yelling to her co workers about some story that had her “ticked off” as she’s walking into her office. She tells me to come In her office, I walk in. No hello or how you doing or any type of formal greeting, just says okay what you do you got? I show her my proof of residency but it wasn’t acceptable to her. I guess a lease agreement isn’t acceptable. She tried telling me it wasn’t the original, but NBT banking had no problem accepting it. So I opened an account up with NBT instead, who had much much better customer service, very polite.

My husband and I recently worked with Hilary. She was very sweet and very patient. Definitely recommend Visions Banking. Very easy banking online and in person.

Best bank I've ever done business with. All other banks had hidden fees, did not offer "real" time banking, and were just stressful to deal with. I've been a member of vfcu for four years now and no problems at all. The staff are friendly, Knowledgeable, and know me by name.
Only downside that I can think of, it's very hard to reach a live representative by phone.

Visions is my main credit union. I used it a lot but now do most of my banking online. The occasions I have gone there in person have all been very pleasant. I feel like I know the employees that have been there any length of time. Very friendly people and they always know their job and can help you with whatever problem you have. I highly recommend this branch over all the others.

Very poor customer service, you have to wait a minimum of 7 minutes on the phone before anyone e answers. Warning to not choose the option to have a representative call you back, because they won't and you end up re-calling and waiting another 7-10 minutes. Plus don't bother calling on a Saturday, there is no one in the offices.
There are a lot better choices for your banking needs. I for one love a bank that has excellent customer service. I'm only leaving this feedback, because I was never able to reach a live teller. It's an honest review, don't believe me, try calling a few times and you'll see that my review is spot on.

My first review was removed for some reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT DOES NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO LIST BENEFICIARIES ON ALL THEIR ACCOUNTS. Speak to an attorney as to why it is important or tell your loved ones to enjoy probate.
