Terrible bank...I got a loan from them through a dealership for a car. They have no convenient way to pay the loan beside doing ach transfer to your account or physically going into the bank with cash or a check which in 2022 most people don't have. They charge a 14 day late fee which no one told me but it was probably on a paper somewhere so my fault. They also make your acc negative after a week late. Told them I'd be paying it when I have the time to stop in and drop off cash being they still live in the stone age. Next day my acc when negative for the monthly payment. I worked for the bank I currently use HVCU and in comparison this bank is terrible. Only good thing is they offer loans to those of us with less then great credit I guess

Bank is trash they let anybody steal your money right outta your account don’t even try to dispute any transactions that are stolen or unorganized. They let ppl and businesses take whatever they want outta your account if I could give 0 star I would.

Making a ATM deposit to my Account is still a quarter Century behind at this Bank, envelopes! Really? I hate to see this Great Bank go to waste because of a simple situation like that. Timing is everything when dealing with money.

For a business that has very little traffic, it takes forever to get anything done! I went into the branch and was asked to leave my credit card application there, because the person in charged was too busy to handle it at the time! "Someone will call you tomorrow", they said. Well, no one called me the following day, and I had to call them! When I called, I was told that someone would contact me by the end of the day. Guess what?! Yes, you guessed right...no call! Two days later with no call! Day 3, of course I called again, and the person in charged of the loan department is not in! "She will call you back tomorrow when she's in again", is what I was told! Will I get a call in day 4, one doesn't know. Communication doesn't exist and I guess nothing gets done there! Looks like I won't be doing business with them!

used to be with HVFCU ( when it was IBM). got to commercial. Went to TEG it is perfect ! Small and friendly ( banks don't need to be open on Sundays and late - they weren't back in the day yet we had plenty of time to live life. I am not easy to please BUT TEG in Newburgh is the real deal

I had the worse experience at this branch today, I walked in and was greeted by 3 tellers and I stated I would like open a business checking account and I was told of the documents I needed to provide. They began to look up an account that was not found and they told me they don't see my information in their system, I repeated that I'm trying to open a NEW business checking account. And again was told of the documents I needed I told them I have all my documents but they are all digitally stored on my phone. Then the branch manager comes out and trying to intimidate by shouting what information are you looking for I'm with a customer at the moment but what info do you need! I felt pressured and backed into a corner, I said well I'd like to sit down and have a conversation and go over the account details, so she asked me if I'd like I can have a seat and wait, I acknowledged that I understood she was with a client and I was initially speaking with her colleagues and she came out barking at me making me feel like I was an inconvenience. I proceeded to sit and after an hour, I wasn't told how long she would be or even acknowledged by anyone in the branch if I needed a water or coffee or the very least offered to schedule an appointment. For a branch manager to be that unprofessional and not be considerate of someone's time is absolutely unacceptable. I left the branch feeling frustrated and unaccomplish. I'm waiting to hear from the companies COO. This was my 1st and last experience with this company! Probably looked at me young Latino no "binder" full of paperwork and just neglected that I wanted to be part of their banking family!

I decided to use TEG for a my new car as they were slightly cheaper then Ford Financial - this turned out to be a big mistake.
Sadly, they don't have any customer service (expect to wait on hold 45 plus minutes until you get disconnected), phone agents aren't problem solvers. Finally, their online portal is exceptionally limited. Making paying online is hit or miss. You are forced to visit a branch to facilitate a rather basic transaction.
#TEG doesn't deserve your business!
