They don't inform you of forgiveness options. When I made a late payment, customer service should have been on the phone or generating one of their several marketing emails advising me of a one month forgiveness option. Karen in customer service just emails you with nothing but negative comments regarding your payment. Also, I constantly get locked out of my account and give up. I can't tell you how much time I've spent calling CS to fix the login feature they keep disabling on you. But Member Resolution are no help at all!
Update: I did speak to customer service about this yesterday and was told I can no longer qualify for a loan because I just passed the 30 day window that would have allowed me to qualify for a missed payment option. Karen called me after the fact. So again, not helpful, but thanks for responding.

On hold forever, no answer. I need to find a new solution. This credit union’s customer service is consistently terrible. After being on hold for a LONG time I opted to get a call back. No response. If they can’t handle the volume they shouldn’t be buying up smaller credit unions. So very disappointed.
Update: finally got through. According to the rep there is no way to easily get through to them and branches no longer can help by telephone. I was told to go to a shared branch. When I looked up where to go there were 0 in my area. .

I am having a horrible experience trying to get the assistance I need. I have spent a lot of time trying to get my account number as I have left it in NY. I also asked for a statement which I have never received since Sunmark to over. Not a happy banker. How can I get a phone number?

Great little Bank, Very feel at home atmosphere where everyone knows your name. Shared credit union branch so see if it is a shared branch as it is with mine. Staff is awesome on dealing with any issurs you may have and tellers are incredibly professional and courteous and always a pleasure to deal with.
