Nothing but problems. Opened an account 3 weeks ago and my card has been locked twice because of purchase that I MADE. Now I received an email saying my account is locked and I need to wait 7-10 days for a new card. Mind you, I’ve only made 5 transactions in the 3 weeks I’ve been a member. I didn’t find this out until I was in line with my sons bday gifts and my card got declined. Declined at ATMs also. It is a weekend so I can not call customer service and my sons birthday is tomorrow and I have NO ACCESS to my money! “Fraudulent purchases” no bank, these were MY 5 PURCHASES! (Less than $70) smh. So dissatisfied. Come Monday, I hope I can receive a new card instantly & my account turned back on. Maybe I will change my rating.

Online services were down so I thought I'd call to transfer money to pay my loan. I waited and waited and waited on hold and wasted my entire lunch break without even getting the operator. Be nice if someone actually answered the phone instead of automatically going to hold everytime. Sad part is there is an rhere is an operator there thats supposed to answer incoming calls. Good to deal with in person but heaven forbid they answer the phone. Guess they don't want their money too badly.

AWFUL customer service. I will be closing my account this week with this company. Members werw left in the dark about their "system upgrade" last week. To me, this is unacceptable.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had tried to call 5 times and they just kept hanging up on me very unprofessional it took me an hour and I have gotten no where will 100% be changing my bank and everyone at the middleport cornerstone is a joke
