Worst bank I’ve ever been a part of. Haven’t even been a member a year. ATM has eaten my card 4 times now. I’ve had to call customer service and complain about things multiple times that shouldn’t be a problem. Place is a joke. Go anywhere else.

Not helpful at this location. Customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. It was not always this way. The main branch in Rome is so much better. They seem to care there.....

I recently opened up a savings and checking account. I'm very pleased with the great customer service they provide. Shelby was VERY helpful in the process I wish everything was this easy. Thank you so much.

I dealt with this branch long distance after my mother passed away. The first issue was a delay in contacting me about the account I was the beneficiary of. It required two visits by my step-brother, to have the central Americu customer service recognize that the local branch had been given beneficiary name, contact information, and had been given a copy of the death certificate.
When I was contacted, I was actually asked, in the course of telling me what they needed to close account and send me a check, if I knew the date my mother had passed. Really?!
I was told I would be called to let me know my paperwork was received, so I would have an idea when the check was coming. No call occurred.
I was told the check would be for x amount. It was for an entirely different amount. I found this experience uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I can not recommend them.

This branch is great! Shelby always goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best service possible. Great rates and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the friendly & outgoing employees. They help me since my husband passed & arranging accounts. They were there for me when I needed professionals who are knowledgeable with my situation and they have continued!
