If you need a bank that you can call and speak to someone, this is not the place. They never answer the phone!

I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Krystal Cacicia from the Lockport branch on buying a vehicle. She was very helpful through the entire process. She was very prompt in getting back to me from start to finish and made the usually stressful process of buying a vehicle not so bad. Thank you Krystal!

This is a very small community credit union bank. People keep it real (not always professional) when banking issues arise, for example a creditor double dips and withdraws twice the allotted amount from a customers account. The bank likes everything that’s orderly, this includes keeping paperwork nice and neat so keep your sloppiness to a bear minimum. I really like the drive through, the tellers are friendly and do their job. I don’t bank here anymore because they’re way too small for this former NYC resident.

People are great there in attitude. Always nice and clean in the building and parking lot (really glad that the parking lot isn't full of pot holes like the rest of the city), and also goes at a pace that is agreeable to reach in time, such as line waiting. Even when I had to switch over to another bank and at the rare times I am able to come in, I always feel welcomed in the establishment, both in the drive-through or in the building itself. I love the workers and their determination to make the bank a nice place to be.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL LENDERS I HAVE EVER MET!! Walked in on Monday of last week the loan officer Cheryl was rude and acted like she did not want to be bothered with my questions. She later apologized and said she was overwhelmed due to short staff. I told her my situation and she told me what paper work to bring in. Friday of that week I called 3 times before going there to set an appt. Not one of my calls were answered by anyone. When I got to the bank Cheryl was in her office, however she told me she was going on lunch. Apparently her lunch is more important then a customer and handed me off to the manager Joe. Joe was nice and I gave him all my paperwork. This was a Friday. On Wednesday of the next week i missed a call from the bank. I immediately called back and of course no one picked up. I called 4 times between 4pm and 5pm and no one answered. They dont close until 5!! I was told I was turned down for a home equity loan on Thursday because my house was in Genesse county. Both the Manager and the Loan rep Cheryl knew the house was in Genesse county the whole time!! So why would they waste 2 weeks of my time and make me open a bank account there!? Also confused why it took until Thursday for the underwriter to notice the house was in Genesee county?? Not to mention when I call back Joe is on jury duty and Cheryl is on vacation so of course the banker that picks up has no idea whats going on. Also asked them to mail me a check for the $ I opened my account with and she said I have to come get it. Why would I ever want to step foot in that bank again. Filled with employees just trying to get by, obviously not competent in what they do, nor made for the customer service profession.
