I usually like CFCU, however, it's important that I can speak with a representative during business hours when I call. I don't want to be forced to leave a message and hope that I get a returning call the same day, especially if it's a Saturday. This needs to change when you are dealing with people's finances.

Why does the drive through take soooo long??!! This is the only bank that I need to plan on sitting in line for a half of an hour or more! Which is horrible after a long day at work! Every time I come I tell myself to leave this bank!

I want to go cash my check today in satin drive-thru for over an hour and still didn't see a teller so I called to make an appointment to cash my check on the inside and they told me no I had no other option but to sit and drive through for over an hour and cash my check this is unacceptable and y'all need to do better.

Went by to open a checking/savings account because I moved to the area and wanted to bank with a credit union.
All three of the front desk attendants were having rambling personal conversations, so I sat and waited for just shy of twenty minutes while they did that.
Ended up going down the block to Tompkins instead. Someone said hi, wrapped up what they were doing, and opened an account for me in less than ten minutes.

Worst bank I've ever worked with. Their online payment portal doesn't work. I've had a car loan with this bank for the last 6 months, and had a issue every single month. I've called and asked for them to make notes about their system doesn't work. I literally called yesterday, spent an hour getting the password to work, and the very next day...SAME ISSUE. Don't send anyone you know or love here, this bank is for enemies only.
