Opened a business account with them and it was overdrawn erroneously roughly $40 while switching banks (account numbers got mixed up). All late fees & balances owed were paid as soon as I realized the error (which in all fairness was > a month, I hadn't fully switched yet) but they still closed the account and refuse to reopen it. One simple erroneous mistake and I no longer feel welcome. Not to mention the additional tax headaches it causes. I've tried to make a $16,500 payment to a supplier (woodcraft, very reputable)for machinery and they won't send it through. They increased the limit then called to tell me "head office" kicked it back and won't approve the payment from my personal account, despite having numerous forms of identification, my social, etc. It's patently obvious they don't want me as a customer, I jumped at the chance to use a bank with a better online system when I opened my business instead of a Credit Union; but it has been nothing but walls. I wish I could say I've had the same experience others have had, which it seems is overwhelmingly positive. If you need anything beyond rudimentary banking and smiling & friendly but unhelpful customer service (unfortunately everyones hands are tied over there it seems), I recommend banking somewhere else.

Consistent issues with particular branches banking; if you’re considering opening with community, I strongly recommend to consider a different bank choice.

Delt with scummunity Bank ten years ago and said I would never deal with them again. I gave them another chance. Not even 24 hours later and can't get into my account because the branch manager is dyslexic or something and got my SSN wrong and I offered to show it to her and she said no I can just tell to her.they say i have to go back in so they can make a copy. why didn't they do that yesterday?

Talked to a lady named Erin about a mortgage and she was disrespectful
She kept giving sharp responses to questions as if I had done something wrong as if she was talking to a child
Turned out she was the branch manager they have someone with social struggles running the place
As a first time home buyer I don't appreciate being talked down on for asking questions
