I decided to use TEG for a my new car as they were slightly cheaper then Ford Financial - this turned out to be a big mistake.
Sadly, they don't have any customer service (expect to wait on hold 45 plus minutes until you get disconnected), phone agents aren't problem solvers. Finally, their online portal is exceptionally limited. Making paying online is hit or miss. You are forced to visit a branch to facilitate a rather basic transaction.
#TEG doesn't deserve your business!

I've had an account with TEGFCU for many years. Turns out I have an unauthorized charge and I'm told it can't be disputed unless I notify the police. WOW! They just lost a customer!

I close my account due to poor customer service. I find that my account was charged for inactivity and today several weeks after the account is closed, I get another letter stating that they are going to access me another inactivity fee. What a joke this place is. Go elsewhere
